Fresh lunches made easy in 3 simple steps

Sign up once, and your child's lunches are automatically prepared and delivered each week. No more daily lunch-making or remembering to order every day.

📅 1. Subscribe & Order

Place your order or make any changes by Friday for delivery the following school week.
 

🥪 2. We Prepare Fresh Lunches

Your child’s lunchbox is freshly prepared with a balanced combination of:

  • A savoury baked item

  • A fruit muffin

  • Seasonal fresh fruit

  • Two lunchbox snacks
     

🚚 3. Delivered to School

Your child’s lunchbox is packed with care and delivered fresh to participating schools, ready for lunchtime.

Terms & Conditions

Ordering

  • Orders must be placed by 11:59 pm each Friday for delivery during the following school week.

  • Orders received after the cut-off will begin the following week unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription

  • Fresh & Friendly Lunch Co. operates on a weekly subscription basis.

  • Your subscription will continue until cancelled.

  • Changes to your subscription must be made before the Friday order cut-off.

Payment

  • Payment is required before lunches are prepared and delivered.

  • Failure to make payment may result in your order being paused until payment is received.

Delivery

  • Lunches are delivered to participating schools on school days only.

  • It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to provide accurate student, school, year level, and classroom information.

  • Fresh & Friendly Lunch Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided during ordering.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Fresh & Friendly Lunch Co. does not currently cater for food allergies or medically required dietary restrictions.

  • Meals are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens are present.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that lunches may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

Menu

  • Our menu rotates regularly and may change based on seasonal availability and ingredient supply.

  • We reserve the right to substitute items of similar quality where necessary.

Cancellations

  • Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the Friday order cut-off.

  • Refunds are not available for lunches already prepared or delivered.

School Closures & Student Absences

  • No refunds or credits will be provided if a student is absent from school after their lunch has been prepared and delivered.

  • If a participating school is closed due to an unforeseen event, we will contact families regarding available options.

Food Safety

  • Lunches are prepared in accordance with New Zealand food safety requirements.

  • Lunches should be consumed on the day they are delivered.

Privacy

  • Personal information collected is used solely for processing orders, delivering lunches, and communicating with families.

  • Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
